Description and Objectives

PR3 focuses on the macro level of institutional and national policy in the context of responsible internationalisation at home (IaH). The core aim of PR3 is, in the first instance, to provide a comprehensive, transnationally accepted definition of a responsible university. Based on this, PR3 will develop a framework for the implementation and operationalisation of the principles of responsible IaH as well as the UN SDGs. PR3 will then develop and test a Certificate in Quality Assured Internationalisation at Home with the aim of providing a toolkit for others to follow.

In other words, PR3 focuses on aspects of policy, governance, and quality assurance in the context of efforts by higher educational institutions (HEIs) to internationalise responsibly.
