Christine Evain
Christine Evain is a Professor of didactics and language acquisition at the University RENNES 2 in France. Christine’s research involves the design and evaluation of learning systems. With a background in literature (PhD in Canadian literature) and commercial studies, her publications include more than a hundred articles on a wide range of subjects, including literature, language teaching, and ICTE. Within TRIP, Christine participates within all strands and is the scientific lead for PR2.
Elisabeth Richard
Elisabeth Richard is a Professor of Linguistics at the University RENNES 2 in France, vice-head of the LIDILE research laboratory, Director of the Ecole Doctorale ELICCE - Education, Langages, Interaction, Cognition, Clinique, Expertise. She participates in 3 Erasmus projects including the KA2 TRIP project (2021) for new digital devices in language teaching) and the GAMEland project (Gamification Assets for Multisensorial Educative tools in Language learning using co-creation for addressing Needs and Desires of students). Finally, she coordinates the “Espace Langues” project at the University Rennes 2. Within TRIP, Elisabeth mostly works with project management but is also invested in the quality assurance aspects of PR3.
Griselda Drouet
Griselda Drouet is an Associate Professor of Linguistics at the University RENNES 2 in France, co-director of the ELIA axis (Study of Applied Linguistics) of the LIDILE research Unit. She is a co-coordinator of the Master Didactics of Languages, was treasurer (2017-2021) of the association ConSciLa (Confrontations en Sciences du Langage). Teacher-evaluator for the “Assistanat CIEP (FEI), FLE” programme. She participates in 3 Erasmus projects including the KA2 TRIP project (2021) for new digital devices in language teaching) and the GAMELand project (Gamification Assets for Multisensorial Educative tools in Language learning using co-creation for addressing Needs and Desires of students). In TRIP, Griselda has been involved in managing PR1 and provided educational support and training of staff for PR2.
Marie-Françoise Bourvon
Marie-Françoise Bourvon, Associate Professor in linguistics and didactics of French as a foreign language. Worked previously as co-manager of recruiting new partners to the virtual exchange pre-dating the IVSC and expanding it to other languages. Within TRIP, Marie-Françoise acted as co-lead of e-training guide development and the training of staff in the use of Moodle to produce training content.
Simon Carolan
Simon Carolan, PhD in Computer Science and Applications in 2016. He is specialized in knowledge management and engineering with both structured and unstructured corpora and the development and use of domain ontologies for the creation of adaptive resources. Following ten years of teaching in higher education and five years as a research engineer, he worked for professional training and knowledge management agencies. Since 2020, he is the director of his own agency (Learnalign), working with educational institutions and the non-for-profit sector in the development of innovative learning experiences. He maintains a strong interest in research and regularly collaborates on research projects as an associate member of the LIDILE research team in Rennes, France. Within TRIP, Simon developed resources for PR2 and worked in project management related to PR1 and PR3.
